Contract for teleworking with the disabled

The amendment to the Labor Code introducing the institution of teleworking. Thanks to this, it has become easier to hire employees who work in the employee’s place of residence. People who, due to special conditions, find it difficult to work outside home (e.g. a mother caring for a child, a disabled person) gained new opportunities. An employment contract for telework, similar to an employment contract with a disabled person, differs from a regular employment contract. In the case of concluding an employment contract in the form of telework with a disabled person, the employer should take into account both the special rights of a disabled employee and the employer obligations resulting from this, and take into account the differences resulting from employing a teleworker.
