Description

A fixed term employment contract differs from a non-fixed term employment contract as an employer agrees with an employee the start and end date of the employment relationship. It is a fixed term contract in which the parties indicate the mutually agreed date of termination of the employment relationship. It gives rise to numerous privileges, such as the right to holiday leave, sick leave or the minimum pay.
