Description
A mandatory document for an employer to be provided to an employee no later than 7 days from concluding an employment contract.
An employer is obliged, in connection with the conclusion of an employment contract, to inform the employee about the employment terms and conditions at the workplace. Under the legislation, this information must be provided to an employee at least within 7 days after signing the employment contract. This applies also if the start date is later than 7 days.
