Telework may be provided by an employee if employee is available to perform entrusted tasks regularly by means of electronic communication. The provision of telework must be permanent, not arbitrary. It should be noted that an employer is obliged to provide necessary equipment, insure it and cover the costs of its installation, service, operation and maintenance.
