Description
The work regulations are an in-house act that defines the order in the process and work organization as well as the related rights and obligations of the employer and employees.
If a company is not covered by a collective labor agreement and has more than 50 employees, it is obliged to draw up work regulations. Work regulations may not be less favorable to employees than the provisions of the Labor Code or other acts and executive acts.
